Rachel Douglas was selected to be a member of the Ambassadors Council of the California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP). Through this membership, Rachel joins a team of like-minded individuals united in the goal of expanding the CMCP’s mission of promoting diversity in the legal profession and enhancing young attorneys’ leadership skills through representative opportunities in local communities.

Membership also provides attorneys with the opportunity to network with others and develop a strong professional support system. To be considered for selection, attorneys must have a demonstrated record of promoting diversity in the legal profession, and they must have a proven commitment to the CMCP organization.

With Sean Andrade serving on its Board of Directors, Rachel’s appointment broadens the Firm’s support of the CMCP. To learn more about the CMCP Ambassadors Council, click here.
