The Firm is pleased to welcome accomplished trial attorney Victor Cannon. Mr. Cannon is a graduate of Yale University, and he received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Cannon brings an extensive litigation background to the firm. For 17 years, Mr. Cannon served as a Federal Public Defender, representing clients in a wide range of complex matters including all types of white-collar fraud, such as mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, theft of government property, and false statements.
Mr. Cannon’s practice includes complex commercial litigation, white-collar, regulatory, and corporate investigation matters, sexual harassment and employment discrimination, insurance coverage disputes, and catastrophic personal injury cases. He has also successfully tried over 50 cases to a jury, including some of the most challenging criminal cases involving illegal possession of weapons, explosive devices, drugs and trafficking, postal offenses, immigration offenses, bank robberies, and even the first internet hate crime prosecution in the United States.
