Over the past year, Eric was one of the Firm’s lead attorneys on multiple major insurance coverage matters on behalf of public entities seeking to recover tens of millions of dollars in liability payments and defense costs. Eric was also the Firm’s lead attorney in building a complex, multi-million dollar case for a lengthy trial against the Department of Health Care Services, challenging the Department’s failure to fully reimburse a school district for the costs of providing services to Medi-Cal eligible students. Eric has also represented Fortune 500 companies in intellectual property and entertainment litigation, business and licensing disputes, and high-profile consumer class actions.
