Terence Finley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his law degree from the Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Finley was a Jerome M. Culp, Jr. Scholar and a Counsel for Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO) Scholar.
Mr. Finley’s practice includes complex commercial litigation, white-collar, employment, insurance coverage disputes, entertainment, products liability cases, and catastrophic personal injury cases.
Mr. Finley has extensive experience litigating complex cases in both federal and state courts. After completing a clerkship with the Supreme Court of Texas under the tutelage of the Honorable Justice Dale Wainwright, Mr. Finley began his legal career at the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he represented Fortune 500 companies including national banks, media companies, oil and gas companies, sports leagues, and consumer product retailers in high-profile consumer class actions, as well as white-collar investigations and environmental litigations, among other matters. He has represented the estate of a pop music megastar with regards to contractual disputes, and individual business owners in partnership, corporate ownership, and trust-related disputes.
