Neil Pakrashi focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and mass tort matters, representing clients across a diverse range of industries.
Prior to joining Andrade Gonzalez LLP in 2024, Mr. Pakrashi spent a decade at DLA Piper LLP, where he developed extensive experience defending life science companies in high-stakes mass tort litigation and complex commercial disputes. During his tenure, he handled numerous multimillion-dollar cases and developed particular expertise in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
Mr. Pakrashi is admitted to practice law in California and New York. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and completed his undergraduate education at Miami University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. With his background in international studies and human rights work in India, he brings a valuable global perspective to his legal practice.
