Katerina Karamousalidou

Katerina Karamousalidou is a dual-qualified attorney, licensed to practice law in both California and Greece. She earned her law degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki – School of Law, graduating with distinction, and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Arbitration from the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University (USA).

Ms. Karamousalidou advises clients on a wide range of commercial, business, and insurance coverage matters. She has developed significant expertise in complex litigation and high-value insurance recovery disputes, representing corporate policyholders in multi-million-dollar claims involving intricate coverage issues and sophisticated risk structures. Her work spans every stage of the dispute resolution process—from strategic pre-litigation counseling to arbitration, mediation, and trial advocacy. Prior to joining Andrade Gonzalez LLP in 2022, Ms. Karamousalidou worked in the United Kingdom and Greece, contributing to sophisticated cross-border commercial disputes for multinational corporations and financial institutions. This experience deepened her understanding of complex international business and regulatory environments. Her experience includes advising on matters involving contract interpretation, regulatory compliance, and risk allocation, giving her a distinctive global perspective that informs her practice.

Ms. Karamousalidou is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. Her research and academic focus aim to integrate advanced data-driven methodologies and risk analysis into the practice of law, enhancing decision-making, efficiency, and value creation for corporate clients operating in complex global markets.

Beyond her professional and academic accomplishments, Ms. Karamousalidou has studied classical ballet for many years. She credits ballet with shaping her discipline, balance, and precision, reflecting her enduring commitment to creativity and excellence.
