She brings a sophisticated litigation background shaped by years of experience representing major health care and financial services clients at a large national law firm. Her practice has included representing clients in enforcement actions, internal investigations, and high-stakes commercial disputes. She has also developed an expertise in managing discovery teams and large-scale document reviews and productions with extensive experience using Relativity.
Prior to joining Andrade Gonzalez LLP, Ms. Guzman spent years practicing at large national law firms, where she focused on complex legal and regulatory disputes in the health care sector, including provider-payor claims and governmental investigations. She later relocated to Washington, D.C. to serve as an attorney at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. Her experience in private practice and federal government service gives her a practical and strategic perspective in advocating for clients and policyholders as they navigate complex disputes.
Ms. Guzman earned her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
